Brent M. Troy, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Brent Troy is a pediatric emergency medicine physician and associate medical director of the emergency department at Dell Children's Medical Center. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at The University of Texas Dell Children's Medical School. Dr. Troy received his medical degree from Albany Medical College as well as an M.P.H. degree from Thomas Jefferson University School of Population Health. He completed his pediatric residency training at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and he subsequently completed his pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Emory University/Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Troy is passionate about injury prevention research focused on high utilization of the emergency department.
